Terms of Use

1. What this site is

Lanzarote Paragliding (lanzaroteparagliding.com and its wind, guide and RASP sites) is an independent information site about paragliding in Lanzarote. We do not provide, sell or organise paragliding flights, courses, guiding, equipment hire or any other activity. We describe the flying sites and the wind, and we link to companies that offer those services.

2. Tandem flights and other services

Tandem flights linked from this site are operated by Venturi Paragliding, an independent company that is solely responsible for them. Booking, payment, prices, cancellations and refunds, passenger requirements, safety, insurance and flight photos are agreed between you and that company, under its own terms. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its services. For anything about a flight, contact the operator directly.

Links to the operator are tagged so it can see that a visit came from this site.

3. Wind, forecasts and site information

Live wind, forecasts, flyability and site descriptions are general information. They come from automatic sources and our own notes, can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and are not a substitute for your own assessment, qualifications, a local briefing or official weather and airspace information. Pilots are responsible for their own decisions about whether, where and how to fly.

4. Links to other websites

We link to other websites, including the operator's. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

5. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from the use of this site or its information, or from services provided by the companies it links to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Photos and content

The text and photos on this site belong to us or to the people who allowed us to use them. Please ask before reusing them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
